Claudia Breitschaft
CPA and Tax Consultant
Claudia Breitschaft, Master of Accounting, CPA and tax consultant, held over the last 15 years various positions with industrial companies and public accounting firms. Starting in 2001 with SH+C, she is one of the managing directors of SH+C Munich since April 2009.
Claudia has special knowledge in auditing and tax consultation of limited partnerships, partnership partly limited by shares and treatment of those shareholders`, development of business and tax models (e.g. corporate valuation, controlling instruments) and dealing with complex tax issues (e.g. tax audits).
